Ask before you apply
Real questions welcome — pricing, injuries, whether your schedule can work, whether I'm the right coach at all. One honest note: if your question is “can you help me?”, the free assessment answers it faster and better than email can.

The questions I answer weekly
Why is there an application instead of a buy button?
Because the roster is capped at 45 and I coach everyone on it personally. The application tells me whether I can actually help you — and roughly a third of applicants get pointed somewhere better suited instead of a payment link. It's free, it takes about six minutes, and a “no” comes with a reason and usually a referral.
What does coaching cost?
The Blueprint is $189/month, Full Coaching is $329/month, Day One is $549/month. Three-month minimum to start, month-to-month after. Prices are on the programs page in full — if you have to book a call to find out the price, someone's planning to pressure you on that call.
Do I need a gym membership?
No, but you need something to load — most home setups work from adjustable dumbbells and a bench. If you're starting from zero equipment, Day One includes an audit so you buy the minimum kit that fits your program (usually $200–350 used).
Do you write meal plans?
No. On Full Coaching and Day One you get nutrition targets and one habit focus per block — protein anchor, meal timing around sessions, that level. Meal plans photograph well and survive contact with real life for about eleven days.
I have an old injury. Can you work with that?
Old and cleared: yes — that's half my roster, and it's a continuing-ed focus of mine. Current and undiagnosed: no. Clinician first; I'm happy to coordinate with your physio once you're cleared, like I did for Marcus.
How fast will I see results?
Honest answer: strength moves within 6–8 weeks, visible change usually takes months, and the timelines on my results page run 9 to 24 months. Anyone quoting faster is either lying or measuring water weight. What you'll notice first is that training stops being a thing you renegotiate every week.
What happens if I need to pause?
Pause up to 8 weeks a year at no charge — surgery, newborns, busy season, no justification needed. Your roster spot holds. Cancelling after the first three months is a message, not a phone call gauntlet.
Is this really you, or a team of assistant coaches?
It's me. That's the whole reason the roster is capped and there's occasionally a waitlist. The day this becomes a coaching mill with my face on it, the thing I'm selling stops existing.
