press@coachreuben.com · Interview requests, podcast bookings, expert quotes for articles. Reuben’s assistant Janelle responds within 24 hours; Reuben follows up directly within 48-72.
Partnerships + sponsorships

Where I am
Austin + online
Based in Austin, TX
Office in South Austin (private — not a gym, just where I work). All coaching delivered online via Zoom + app + phone. I’ve coached athletes in 32 states + 14 countries.
Office hours
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Central. Outside office hours: app messages + email get logged for next business day. Urgent client matters route to me 24/7 via direct text.
In-person sessions (limited)
I do occasional in-person form sessions with current 1:1 clients in Austin. ~$200/90 min. Available 2 days per month. Booked through your weekly check-in process.
Speaking + workshops
I do 4-6 speaking engagements + workshops per year. NSCA conferences, BarBend events, university guest lectures. Email partnerships@coachreuben.com.
Travel + trade shows
I attend NSCA National + NSCA Coaches + Stronger by Science Live annually. Coaching clients welcome to grab coffee if our travel overlaps. DM me through the app.
