FAQ
Questions I answer every week
Short, honest answers. If yours isn't here, ask me directly. I reply within two business days.
Getting started
Why is there an application instead of a buy button?
Because the roster is capped at 45 and I coach everyone on it myself. The application tells me whether I can actually help you. About a third of applicants get pointed to a better fit instead of a payment link. It's free and takes about six minutes.
What happens after I apply?
I read it myself and reply within 2 business days. If it looks like a fit, we book a free 30-minute video call. Your program is built from that call and lands in the app within five days.
What if the roster is full?
The application stays open and works as the waitlist, in order. When I reply, I'll tell you roughly how long the wait is.
Is this really you, or a team of assistant coaches?
It's me. No assistant coaches, no AI check-in summaries. That's the whole reason the roster is capped.
Do I need a gym membership?
No, but you need something to lift. Most home setups start with adjustable dumbbells and a bench. Day One includes an equipment check so you only buy what you need (often $200 to $350 used).
Pricing and terms
What does coaching cost?
The Blueprint is $189 a month, Full Coaching is $329 a month and Day One is $549 a month. That's the whole price, in US dollars. No sign-up fee and no app fee.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes: 3 months to start, then month to month. A program needs one honest block to show what it can do.
How do I cancel?
After your first 3 months, send a message in the app or an email. Billing stops at the end of the month you're in. No fee and no exit call.
What if it isn't working in the first month?
Tell me in your first 30 days and I refund that month in full. You owe nothing for the rest of the minimum.
Can I pause?
Yes. Up to 8 weeks a year at no charge, for any reason. And if your doctor tells you to stop training, billing pauses until you're cleared.
Training and the app
How fast will I see results?
I can't promise a timeline, and nobody honest can. Most clients see their lifts move within 6 to 8 weeks of steady training. The bigger change is that training stops being something you renegotiate every week. The sample stories on this site run 9 to 24 months.
Do you write meal plans?
No. On Full Coaching and Day One you get simple nutrition targets and one habit at a time, like a protein anchor or eating around your sessions. I don't sell meal plans or weight-loss plans.
How much time does it take each week?
As little as two sessions a week. On Full Coaching and Day One, add about ten minutes for the Sunday check-in.
What does the app do?
It holds your program, your log, your form videos and one message thread with me. It's part of every tier, with no extra fee.
Injuries and health
In pain or injured right now? See your doctor first. I'm a strength coach, not a medical provider.
I have an old injury. Can you work with that?
If your doctor or physio has cleared you for exercise, yes. That's a big part of my roster. Bring the details to the assessment.
I'm in pain right now. Should I apply?
See your doctor first. A coach is the wrong first call for new or unexplained pain. You can still apply, and I'll hold a roster spot while you get checked.
Will you work with my doctor or physio?
Yes, with your OK. On Day One it's built in. We follow the same plan and use the same words, so nothing gets lost.
Can you give medical advice?
No. I'm a strength coach, not a doctor. Anything medical (pain, a new diagnosis, medication, pregnancy) goes to your doctor first.
Still have a question?

One application. Two days. An honest answer.
The free assessment takes about six minutes. I read every one myself, reply within two business days. If I'm not the right coach for you, I'll say so, usually with the name of someone who is.
