Realistic time commitment
Tell me what you’ll actually do, not your ideal. Programs that fit your real schedule beat aspirational programs you’ll abandon. Be honest about your training frequency + recovery + life stress.
Coachability
Willingness to follow programming + provide honest feedback + adjust based on form review. Coachable clients see results faster. Uncoachable clients waste their money + my time.
Skin in the game
12-week minimum commitment + 3-month minimum on Group/1:1. I want clients who’ve thought about this + are committed to seeing it through. The minimum protects you as much as me.
Honest goals
‘Get strong’ or ‘lose 30 lbs’ are honest goals. ‘Look like Arnold’ or ‘Be elite athletic’ are aspirational. Both are fine starting places — but we’ll talk through realistic timelines + what it actually takes.
Healthy starting place
Untreated eating disorder or major medical condition? We’ll need doctor clearance + possibly RD coordination. I’m happy to coach around medical complexity, but full transparency from day one is essential.
Not what I'm looking for
Quick fixes (12-week transformations don’t happen the way Instagram suggests). Aggressive caloric deficits with low body weight already. Clients who don’t want feedback. I’ll respectfully decline these.

Application required. Custom programming, weekly check-ins, unlimited form review, direct text/email. After 3 months: month-to-month.
Athletic Performance — $585/mo, 3-month minimum
1:1 Premium plus sport-specific periodization, race/meet peaking, travel programming. Application required. Same payment terms.
Macro coaching add-on — $100/mo

- I want to talk to people. The 30-min call helps me decide who I can actually help + helps you decide if I’m the right coach. About 30% of calls end with a self-paced recommendation instead of 1:1 — saves you money. About 20% end with me declining (poor fit). The remainder become clients.
