Hormone symptoms overlap with sleep, stress, thyroid and blood sugar. We test at the right time, explain the numbers, and talk through every option, including prescription hormone therapy when it fits.

How we approach it
Four steps, in this order
-
01
Time the tests
Hormones move through the day and the month. We order blood tests at the right time, so the result actually means something.
-
02
Look at the whole picture
Thyroid, iron, blood sugar and sleep can all look like a hormone problem. We check the basics alongside the hormones.
-
03
Talk through options
Lifestyle changes, non-hormonal medicines and hormone therapy. You get the benefits and the risks in plain words, and the choice is yours.
-
04
Adjust and recheck
If you start a medicine, we recheck symptoms and labs at set points and adjust. No refills on autopilot.
A note on the evidence
We prescribe FDA-approved hormone products first. Compounded hormones only for a specific medical reason, and we explain the difference. We don't use saliva tests to set doses.
Tests we may order
Only when they change the plan
- Women's hormone panel Estradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH, testosterone, SHBG, DHEA-S Self-pay, $140
- Men's hormone panel Total and free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH Self-pay, $120
- Foundations blood panel Thyroid, iron, blood sugar, lipids and more Self-pay, $185
Working with your other doctors
Your gynecologist or primary care doctor still handles screenings like mammograms and Pap tests. We send a summary of any hormone plan so everyone sees the same thing.
What we won't do
We don't promise to 'balance' hormones with supplements, and we don't offer hormone pellets.
When we refer you elsewhere
Some things need a specialist or urgent care first. If any of these apply, we send you to the right place before going further.
- Any bleeding after menopause
- A new breast lump or change
- Trying to get pregnant (we connect you with a fertility clinic)
- Very heavy bleeding with dizziness or fainting
Who you'll see
Your hormone health team
- Priya NatarajanFNP-C Family nurse practitioner
- Dr. Maya OkaforMD Medical director, founder
What it costs
Included in both memberships. Hormone panels are self-pay unless your plan covers the individual tests.
Memberships start at $175 a month for the first six months. Out of network with insurance; superbills provided for visits.
See every priceIs hormone therapy safe?
For many healthy people under 60 or within 10 years of menopause, the benefits often outweigh the risks. It depends on your history, so we go through your own risk picture before any prescription.
Do you treat PCOS?
Yes, alongside your gynecologist if you have one. Care usually covers cycles, blood sugar, skin and hair, and long-term heart health.
