Nutrition and health coaching
Most plans fall apart in the kitchen, not the exam room. Our dietitian and health coach meet with you between clinician visits to turn advice into groceries, recipes and routines that fit your week.

Who it's for
Does this sound familiar?
- You know what to eat but can't make it stick
- A food plan from a clinician that needs real recipes
- An elimination diet you want to do safely
- A picky family, a tight budget or long work hours
- You want support for sleep, stress or getting moving again
If something feels urgent or is getting worse quickly, call your primary care doctor today or 911 in an emergency.
How we approach it
Four steps, in this order
-
01
Start where you are
A look at your current meals, budget, schedule and cooking skills. No food shaming, ever.
-
02
Food first
Mediterranean-style eating as the base, adjusted for your conditions, culture and taste. Supplements only when food can't cover a need.
-
03
Practice, not perfection
Two or three small goals between visits, checked in by message. We adjust when life happens.
-
04
Skills that stay
Grocery lists, batch-cooking plans, label reading and a monthly group cooking class at the clinic.
A note on the evidence
When a supplement has good evidence for your situation, we name the dose and a third-party tested brand. You can buy it anywhere. Supplements are never the treatment plan.
Sessions and prices
What it costs
- Dietitian session 50 minutes, in person or video 4 in Core, 8 in Complete
- Extra session for members Dietitian or health coach $95
- Non-member first session 50 minutes with the dietitian $125
Working with your other doctors
If your doctor already gave you a diet plan (for kidney disease or diabetes, for example), we build on it rather than start over.
What we won't do
We don't sell meal-plan subscriptions or supplement bundles, and we won't cut out whole food groups without a medical reason.
When we refer you elsewhere
Some things need a specialist or urgent care first. If any of these apply, we send you to the right place before going further.
- Signs of an eating disorder (we connect you with a specialized team)
- Complex kidney disease that needs a renal dietitian
