Choose the right program for your building

Every account starts from the same walkthrough and a written checklist. What changes is how often we come, which rooms need special handling, and what your floors need over a year.

Keep it clean

Commercial cleaning services for every kind of building

85 buildings cleaned each week 58 W-2 employees Since 2012

Built for the building you run

A dental office and a distribution center need different crews, products and schedules. Each facility type has its own checklist starting point, its own rate, and a page that answers what that buyer actually asks.

All industries we serve

The night shift

One night in your building, hour by hour.

This is what a three-night office account looks like on a Tuesday. Your checklist sets the details; the rhythm stays the same.

  1. 5:45 p.m. Keys signed out The crew lead signs your keys out of our locked key box. The log shows who, when and which building.
  2. 6:30 p.m. Arrive and check the issue log Disarm with a personal code, read any notes you left, and check yesterday's open items first.
  3. 6:40 p.m. Trash, recycling and desks Every bin, every desk surface that is clear, and the kitchen recycling sorted the way your building sorts it.
  4. 7:30 p.m. Restrooms and touch points Cleaned, disinfected at label dwell time, and restocked. Handles, switches and buttons across the floor.
  5. 8:30 p.m. Break rooms and glass Counters, sinks, appliance fronts, tables. Entrance glass and the smudges at hand height.
  6. 9:15 p.m. Floors Vacuum traffic lanes and open areas, mop hard floors, burnish on the scheduled nights.
  7. 10:15 p.m. Lead walks the checklist Anything missed gets fixed now. Anything broken gets a photo for your report.
  8. 10:40 p.m. Lights off, alarm set Doors checked, alarm armed with a personal code, keys back in the box.
  9. 7:00 a.m. The night report is in your inbox Done, notes, and anything that needs you, like a dripping tap or a jammed paper towel dispenser.

Keys, codes and paperwork

You are handing us the keys. Here is how we earn them.

The cheapest bid is rarely the cheapest year. What costs money is a missed night, a crew you never met, or a lease that needs a certificate of insurance by Friday.

Need a certificate of insurance?

We send one within one business day and add additional insured when your lease asks. Request a COI

  • Insured, bonded, and happy to prove it

We carry general liability, workers' compensation and a janitorial bond that covers theft by an employee. A certificate of insurance goes out within one business day, and we add your building or landlord as additional insured when the lease asks for it.

  • Background-checked employees, not subcontractors

Every cleaner is a W-2 employee who passed a background check before getting a key. We do not hand your building to a subcontractor you never met.

  • Keys and alarm codes are logged

Keys live in a locked box with a sign-out log. Each crew member gets their own alarm code where your system allows it, so you can see exactly who came and went.

  • Trained before the first shift

Chemical safety and the safety data sheets for every product we bring. Medical crews also complete bloodborne pathogens training and learn color-coded microfiber so restroom cloths never touch a desk.

The scope, in writing

Every building gets a checklist like this before the first night.

Bids are only comparable when the scope is written down. Ours says what happens each visit, weekly, monthly and quarterly. The supervisor scores against it every week, so "clean" means the same thing to both of us.

From facility and office managers

What the people who hold the keys say

4.8 average from 9 client reviews

"We switched after two vendors in two years. The difference is the checklist and the morning email. I know what happened last night without walking the floor, and when something is off it is fixed the next night."
Dana R., Office manager Insurance agency, 40 people, St. Matthews
"They read our infection control plan before the walkthrough, which no other bidder did. The crew uses separate color-coded cloths for operatories and restrooms, and the log is always ready."
Marcus T., Practice administrator Family dental office, Jeffersontown
"One contract, three checklists, one invoice. Certificates of insurance show up the same day I ask, which matters when a new tenant's lease needs one by Friday."
Priya S., Property manager Three multi-tenant office buildings, Louisville

Frequently asked questions

The questions facility managers ask on almost every walkthrough.

All questions
How do you price commercial cleaning?

Contract cleaning is priced per square foot per month, based on facility type and how many nights a week we clean. Project work like floor care or post-construction is priced per square foot per job. The walkthrough turns the range into a firm monthly number.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We carry general liability, workers' compensation and a janitorial bond that covers employee theft. We send a certificate of insurance within one business day and add additional insured when your lease requires it.

Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?

Employees. Every cleaner is on our payroll, passed a background check and was trained before their first shift. We do not subcontract your building.

Who supplies paper towels and toilet paper?

Your choice. Supply them yourself, or we stock them and bill at our cost plus 10%, itemized monthly. Cleaning chemicals and equipment are always included.

How long is the contract?

A 90-day trial, then month to month. Thirty days of written notice ends it, from either side, with no cancellation fee.

What happens on the walkthrough?

An account manager walks your space with you for 30 to 45 minutes, measures or confirms square footage, counts restrooms, notes floor types and asks what bothers you about the current cleaning. You get a written proposal within two business days.
