Floor care
Strip and wax, scrub and recoat, burnishing and carpet extraction, scheduled after hours so floors are dry by morning.
Or call (502) 555-0148, weekdays 8 to 5.
How we approach it
Floors are the first thing visitors notice and the most expensive thing to neglect. A vinyl composition tile floor that gets scrubbed and recoated a few times a year can go years between full strips. One that is only mopped will need a strip far sooner, at roughly twice the cost.
We look at your traffic and recommend a schedule: burnishing on the nightly contract for busy halls, scrub and recoat each quarter, a full strip and wax once a year or less. Carpet gets hot-water extraction on a rotation, with traffic lanes more often.
All floor work happens after hours with wet floor signs and fans. If a floor will not be dry by opening, we tell you before we start, not at 7 a.m.

Questions about floor care
How long before people can walk on a waxed floor?
Usually a few hours with fans. We schedule floor work so it is dry well before opening, and we tell you in advance if it will not be.
Can floor care be part of our monthly contract?
Yes. Burnishing can go on the nightly checklist and quarterly scrub and recoat can be billed monthly so there are no surprise invoices.
"The lobby floors look better than they have in years. Quarterly scrub and recoat is billed monthly, so there are no surprise invoices for the owners."
