Post-construction cleaning
Rough, final and touch-up cleans for new builds and renovations, scheduled around the general contractor so the space is ready for move-in.
Or call (502) 555-0148, weekdays 8 to 5.
How we approach it
Construction dust gets everywhere: ledges, vents, window tracks, inside cabinets and light fixtures. A regular janitorial crew is not set up for it. We work in three phases that line up with the general contractor's schedule.
The rough clean removes debris and heavy dust after the trades finish. The final clean is the detail pass: glass, fixtures, cabinets inside and out, vents and floors. The touch-up comes right before move-in to catch the dust from punch-list work.
We coordinate with the site superintendent, follow the site safety rules, and bring our own lifts for high dusting where the space allows. Debris removal from the site stays with the contractor's dumpsters.

Questions about post-construction
Can you start before the contractor is fully done?
We can do the rough clean as soon as the trades are out of an area. The final clean should wait for the punch list, or the dust comes right back.
Do you remove leftover materials?
We bag and remove normal cleaning debris. Construction materials and large debris stay with the contractor's dumpsters.
"Three-phase clean that actually lined up with our schedule. The touch-up the night before move-in caught all the dust from the punch list. The tenant walked in to a finished space."
