Office cleaning
Nightly or weekly office cleaning on a written checklist, run by the same crew lead every visit.
Or call (502) 555-0148, weekdays 8 to 5.
How we approach it
Most office cleaning complaints come down to two things: nobody knows what is supposed to happen each night, and the crew changes every month. We fix both before the first shift. Your building gets a written checklist that says what gets done nightly, weekly and monthly, and one crew lead who owns it.
A typical night covers trash and recycling, restrooms, break rooms, touch points, glass at entrances and floors. Deeper work like high dusting, vents and baseboards rotates through the month so it actually happens instead of living on a list.
Every morning you get a short night report by email: done, notes, and anything that needs you, like a leaking tap or a broken chair.

- Three nights a week The most common choice for 20 to 80 people
- $0.13 to $0.20 per sq ft per month

A worked example
a 10,000 sq ft office cleaned three nights a week usually lands between $1,300 and $2,000 a month. Lots of glass, kitchens on every floor, or tight access windows push it toward the top of the range.

Questions about office cleaning
Do you clean during the day or at night?
Most offices are cleaned after 6 p.m. so nobody is disturbed. Early-morning and daytime cleaning work too, and some buildings add a day porter for restrooms and spills during business hours.
What if something on the checklist gets missed?
Tell your crew lead or the night desk. It goes on the issue log and gets fixed on the next shift, and the supervisor checks it on the next inspection.
"We switched after two vendors in two years. The difference is the checklist and the morning email. I know what happened last night without walking the floor, and when something is off it is fixed the next night."
