Recurring service
Janitorial contracts
A recurring cleaning contract with a written scope, a checklist for your building, a weekly inspection and a 30-day out.
Or call (502) 555-0148, weekdays 8 to 5.
How we approach it
A janitorial contract should be easy to read. Ours is a few pages: the scope, the checklist for your building, the frequency, the monthly price, and how either side can end it. Nothing auto-renews into a three-year term.
The first 90 days are the trial. After that the contract runs month to month, and thirty days of written notice ends it with no fee. We would rather keep accounts by doing the work than by trapping people.
You get one invoice a month, one account manager, a crew lead you can reach, and the inspection scores. If a score drops, the account manager calls you before you call us.

Questions about janitorial contracts
How long is the contract?
A 90-day trial, then month to month. Thirty days of written notice ends it, from either side.
Will the price go up?
Only at the yearly review, in writing, with at least 60 days' notice. If the scope changes, the price can change with it, and you will see the math.
"One contract, three checklists, one invoice. Certificates of insurance show up the same day I ask, which matters when a new tenant's lease needs one by Friday."
