Sample checklist
A commercial cleaning checklist you can hand to every bidder
28 tasks across 6 zones, each with how often it happens. Print it, mark it up, and ask every cleaning company to quote against the same scope. That is how bids become comparable.

Sample only. Your checklist is written for your building after the walkthrough.
How the checklist is used
-
01
Built on the walkthrough
We start from this template and change it to fit your building: rooms you want skipped, days the fridge gets cleared, floors that need extra care.
-
02
The crew works from it
The crew lead carries your checklist every visit. Substitutes use the same sheet, so a sick day does not mean a different standard.
-
03
The supervisor scores it
Every week a supervisor walks the building against the checklist, scores each zone and photographs anything missed. You get the report.
What you receive each week
A scored inspection, not a promise
Each zone is scored out of 20 against your checklist. Anything below 18 gets a note, a photo and a fix on the next shift. If a building scores under 90 two weeks running, the account manager calls you before you call us.
-
Entrances and lobby 19 / 20
-
Offices and workstations 18 / 20
-
Restrooms 20 / 20
-
Break rooms and kitchens 17 / 20
-
Floors 19 / 20
Notes from the supervisor
- Kitchen microwave missed Tuesday. Fixed Wednesday, photo attached.
- Paper towel dispenser in the east restroom jams. Reported to the building.
