What moves a building up or down the range

Restrooms and kitchens
They take the most time per square foot. Two buildings the same size can differ by 30% on restroom count alone.

Floor types
Carpet vacuums fast; tile needs mopping and burnishing. Mixed floors sit in the middle of the range.

Glass and touch points
Glass-walled offices and busy lobbies add detail time every visit.

Access window
A crew that can start at 6 p.m. works faster than one that must wait for a 10 p.m. shift change.

Building size
Large open floors clean faster per square foot. Above 25,000 sq ft the rate drops, and again above 60,000.

Distance
Inside our service area there is no travel charge. Further out, a small trip charge may apply on short visits.
Supplies and contract terms
Included in the price
Cleaning chemicals, microfiber, mops, vacuums, floor machines and trash liners for our carts are included in the contract price.
Restroom paper and soap
Restroom paper, hand soap and building trash liners are your choice: supply them yourself, or we stock them and bill at our cost plus 10%, itemized on the monthly invoice.
