Request a walkthrough
Five short steps online, or a call. Tell us the building type, size and how often you want cleaning.

We walk the building with you
Thirty to forty-five minutes. We confirm square footage, count restrooms, note floor types and ask what bothers you now.

Written proposal and checklist
Within two business days: the scope, your building's checklist, the monthly price and the contract terms.

First night, then a 30-day check-in
Your crew lead is trained on the checklist before the first shift. After 30 days we walk it again together.
Who supplies what
Always included
Cleaning chemicals, microfiber, mops, vacuums, floor machines and trash liners for our carts are included in the contract price.
Your choice
Restroom paper, hand soap and building trash liners are your choice: supply them yourself, or we stock them and bill at our cost plus 10%, itemized on the monthly invoice.
