How we approach it
Disinfecting is useful when it is done right and oversold when it is not. A disinfectant kills germs on a surface it actually touches, for the contact time on its label. It does not keep a room germ-free the next morning, and it does not prevent anyone from getting sick. We will not claim otherwise.
What works: wiping the touch points people share every night (door handles, light switches, railings, elevator buttons, faucets, break room handles), with an EPA-registered product at its label dwell time. For wide coverage, like a school wing or a gym, electrostatic spraying puts an even coat on surfaces that wiping misses.
After a known illness in the office, we can add a same-week targeted clean of the affected areas. We will ask what happened and focus on the right rooms instead of fogging the building.

Questions about disinfection
Is electrostatic spraying better than wiping?
It covers more surface faster, but it does not remove dirt. Surfaces still need cleaning first. We use both: wipe the touch points, spray when you need wide coverage.
Are your disinfectants safe for staff?
We use EPA-registered products as the label directs and let surfaces dry before people return. You can see every safety data sheet before we start.
"I asked a lot of questions about who would be in the building at night and what products they use around the kids. Every answer was straight and in writing. The summer floor work was done on the week they promised."
