How we approach it
Medical offices need a cleaner who follows instructions exactly and writes things down. We start by reading your infection control plan and building the checklist around it: exam rooms, waiting rooms, restrooms, staff areas and the touch points patients reach for.
Our medical crews complete bloodborne pathogens training before their first night. They use color-coded microfiber (red for restrooms, never on a counter), EPA-registered disinfectants, and the contact time printed on the label, which is the part most cleaners skip.
We are not a medical waste hauler. Sharps containers and red bags stay with your licensed waste company. We will tell you that on the walkthrough instead of quietly ignoring it.

No. Regulated medical waste belongs with a licensed medical waste company. We empty regular trash and recycling only, and we will point out anything that looks misplaced.
Can you match the products our infection control lead prefers?
Usually, yes. If your plan names a disinfectant, we use it and follow its dwell time. If it does not, we show you the safety data sheets for what we propose.
