Specialty service
Day porter service
A uniformed porter during business hours for restrooms, lobbies, spills, kitchens and conference room resets.
Or call (502) 555-0148, weekdays 8 to 5.
How we approach it
Night cleaning resets the building. A day porter keeps it that way while people are in it. For busy offices, medical buildings and multi-tenant lobbies, a few hours of daytime coverage stops the 2 p.m. restroom problem before anyone emails facilities.
Porters follow a route with timed checks: restrooms restocked and wiped, lobby glass, break room counters and coffee stations, trash at peak times, and conference rooms reset between meetings. They carry a phone so your front desk can call them to a spill.
Porter hours are billed hourly with a four-hour minimum shift and can be added to any cleaning contract.

Questions about day porter
Is the porter the same person every day?
Yes, as much as we can manage. A trained backup covers vacations and sick days so the route does not change.
Can the porter help with event setup?
Light setup like chairs and tables, yes. Heavy furniture moves need a mover.
