LinkedIn Ads Setup
Reach the job titles that actually sign the contract.
LinkedIn is the only major ad platform built around a person's job, not their browsing history. We set targeting around real titles or named accounts, and build forms that pull straight from a member's profile.
- No markup, no percentage of ad spend
- Month to month, no contracts
- 30-day guarantee, pay only if satisfied
What we set up
Targeting, forms, and the tag underneath both.
Insight Tag installation
LinkedIn's Insight Tag has to sit on your site before any conversion tracking or retargeting works. We install it through your tag manager or site code and confirm it's firing before campaigns launch.
Audience targeting by title or account
We build audiences around job title, seniority, company size, or industry, or, for named account selling, upload your target account list directly so ads only reach people at the companies you actually want to close.
Lead Gen Form build
LinkedIn's native forms auto fill from a member's profile, name, title, company, email, which removes the friction of typing on a phone. We build the form and its qualifying questions around what your sales team needs first.
Matched Audiences and retargeting
We set up website retargeting for visitors who didn't convert and, where you have an existing customer or lead list, build a lookalike audience so LinkedIn can find similar profiles to target.
How this engagement works.
What we need from you
Admin access to your LinkedIn Campaign Manager account, access to your tag manager or site code for the Insight Tag, your target account list if you're selling to named accounts, and your CRM's intake details for lead routing.
What you get at handover
A live Insight Tag confirmed firing, an audience built around your real targeting criteria, a working Lead Gen Form connected to wherever your leads need to land, and a summary of what's targeted and why, written up for your team.
How we prove it works
We confirm the Insight Tag registers a test pageview, submit a test lead through the form and confirm it reaches your CRM, and check that the campaign is actually eligible to serve against the audience we built.
What this does not cover
Ongoing campaign management is a separate, optional add-on to this build. Cost per lead isn't a number we'll put in writing up front, because LinkedIn's cost per click runs meaningfully higher than Google or Meta and swings widely by title and industry.
From tag to a live campaign.
01
Access and targeting plan
You grant Campaign Manager access, and we agree on the titles, company sizes, or named accounts worth targeting.
02
Tag, audience, and form build
We install the Insight Tag, build the audience, and build the Lead Gen Form and its connection to your CRM.
03
Test and launch
We confirm the tag fires, test the form end to end, and walk you through the live campaign before it starts spending.
LinkedIn Ads FAQ.
What you pay depends on how many campaigns and forms we're building, plus whether a named account list is part of it. Share your goal and a proposal follows inside one business day.
You're paying to reach a specific job title, not a general audience, and that precision costs more per click. We size budgets around a realistic number of qualified leads rather than raw click volume, and we'll say plainly if your budget is too small to get meaningful data.
This build and any ongoing management get priced separately. Plenty of clients take the finished account and run it themselves from there, while others roll LinkedIn into the management we already do for them, month to month, no contract.
Yes. Upload a list of target accounts and LinkedIn's Matched Audiences will show ads to people at those companies, which fits an account-based sales motion better than title targeting alone.
The Insight Tag tracks visits and conversions on your website, similar to a Meta pixel. The Lead Gen Form is a separate feature that captures a lead's details inside LinkedIn itself, without sending anyone to your site.
