Zoho CRM to Google Ads
Zoho CRM deals, reported back to Google Ads.
Most small businesses on Zoho CRM care about one number: which keyword actually paid for itself. We connect a closed deal to the click that started it, so Google Ads can see it too.

The workflow
What connects a Zoho deal to a Google Ads bid.
The identity match
A hidden field on your lead form captures the click identifier when someone arrives from a Google ad, and that value gets saved onto the Lead or Deal record in Zoho. We match on that first, with a hashed email or phone number as the fallback once too much time has passed.
The field map
Zoho CRM organizes revenue in its Deals module, moving through stages you can rename. We agree on one stage, usually Closed Won, that means real money changed hands, and that is the only stage that reports a conversion.
Where the data enters
Zoho offers its own automation tool, Zoho Flow, plus workflow rules inside the CRM itself, either of which can call out when a Deal changes stage. A general connector like Zapier or Make works as a fallback if your account needs something Zoho Flow does not cover.
Value and currency
The Deal amount and its currency need to match what Google Ads expects for the conversion value. Zoho accounts that sell in more than one currency need this checked carefully, since a mismatched currency will misreport your real cost per sale. We convert to a single reporting currency before the value ever reaches Google Ads, so a mixed CAD and USD pipeline does not quietly skew the numbers.
What we check before a small business trusts the numbers.
Built for a small team's setup
We do not assume you have a developer on staff. Most of this build uses Zoho's own workflow rules and settings screens, not custom code, so your team can see and adjust it later, without calling in outside help for a small tweak.
One clean trigger, not five
We pick a single Deal stage as the trigger for a conversion, so a deal that gets reopened or moved back and forth does not report the same win to Google Ads more than once.
Tested with real deals first
Before your reporting depends on this, we run actual closed Deals from your own pipeline through the mapping and check the result in Google Ads, not a handful of made up test records. Seeing a real deal land correctly gives your team confidence the build actually works before it runs unattended.
Re-tested after Zoho updates
Zoho ships updates to its Flow tool and CRM automation on a timetable nobody outside Zoho controls. The moment one of those updates lands, a fresh batch of test deals goes through the pipeline before your numbers are allowed to depend on it.
How we build it.
01
Audit your Deals setup
The first call is mostly us listening: how your pipeline stages got named, whether anyone ever wired up the click identifier on your lead forms, and how amounts and currencies actually show up in Zoho today.
02
Map and test
Next comes the stage mapping itself: one Deal stage wired to trigger a conversion, the matching rules set up on the Google Ads side, and a handful of real closed deals run through as a check before anything goes live.
03
Hand off a short guide
Whoever handles your CRM gets the field map in writing, the stage that fires a conversion paired with the field that carries its value, quick enough to check without picking up the phone.
Zoho CRM and Google Ads offline conversions, answered.
It depends on what your CRM edition supports and how the trigger needs to fire. We check your account first and use the simplest path that gets a reliable result, rather than adding a tool you do not need.
We build the trigger around one stage change per Deal, and test with real records from your pipeline before turning it on, so a reopened deal cannot report twice.
Yes, and we check it directly. A Deal's currency has to line up with what we send Google Ads, or your reported cost per sale will be wrong even if everything else works.
We plan for that to happen sooner or later, since Zoho updates Flow and its workflow rules on its own timetable. A batch of deals gets run through again after any such update, and we tell you directly if the mapping itself needs to change.
