A 1962 ranch carrying three generations of shingles: a 90s overlay on an 80s overlay on the original roof. The deck sagged between rafters, and the hallway ceiling had a brown ring that grew every spring.

Cedar shake restoration and partial replacement
A character-district home where the review board (and the owners) wanted the cedar kept. The south side was mossy and cupped, and two other contractors had quoted full tear-offs to asphalt.
