Roofing crew leader / foreman
Lead 3–5 person installation crews. $48–62K/year + bonuses + truck. Path to general foreman ($72–95K) + superintendent ($85–115K).
Roofing crew member
Apprentice to journeyman role. $42–55K/year. OSHA-30 training paid. Equipment + tools provided. Path to crew leader within 18–36 months.
Estimator / sales
In-home estimator. Salary + closing bonus model (no straight commission). $65–95K total comp typical. Path to senior estimator + estimating manager.
Customer service / scheduling
Phone-based customer service + dispatching. $42–55K. Hybrid eligible after 6 months. Bilingual (Spanish) preference.
Insurance claims specialist
Storm damage assessment + insurance claim coordination. $58–82K. Specific training in insurance + adjuster relationships.
Office staff

We pay at the 75th percentile or above for our region + role mix. Annual market reviews keep us competitive.

Crew + estimator roles include company truck + fuel + tool allowance. We don’t expect employees to use personal vehicles or buy their own tools.

OSHA-30 training paid. Manufacturer certifications (GAF, Owens Corning, James Hardie) paid. Sales training paid. Real career-development conversations every quarter.
