Most leaks are flashing, not shingles. We trace the water from the attic with a moisture meter, fix the cause, and send you photos before we leave. If a repair will honestly buy you years, we repair.

Most repairs: $450 to $1,800
Leak diagnosis is $195, credited to the repair. An emergency tarp and dry-in is $350 flat, also credited. Every repair carries a 2-year warranty.
Time on site
Most repairs take one visit of 2 to 4 hours. Active leaks are usually tarped the same or next day.

Roof repair questions
Repair or replace: how do you decide?
Age, condition and how many problems there are. A sound 12-year-old roof with one bad pipe boot needs a $450 repair, not a new roof. A 24-year-old roof leaking in three places is usually cheaper to replace than to keep patching. We'll show you the photos and tell you which side of that line you're on.
Do you charge to find a leak?
Yes, $195 for a full leak trace. It is credited in full to the repair if you hire us to fix it. Tracing a leak properly takes a skilled person an hour or more in the attic, and it is the difference between fixing a leak and guessing at one.
Can you match my old shingles?
Often, yes. When the exact color is discontinued, we bring samples and show you the closest match on your actual roof before we nail anything down. We'll be honest about what 'close' will look like from the street.
Do you work with insurance after a storm?
Yes. We document damage slope by slope with photos and meet your adjuster on the roof. If a slope doesn't have damage worth claiming, we'll tell you. Inflated claims are how whole roofs get denied.
