Why we stay small
A warranty is only as good as the drive to honor it
Storm outfits "serve" a five-state area because they never plan to come back. We cap our radius at about 40 minutes from the Harbor Mills shop for the opposite reason: when a warranty call comes in, a crew can be on that roof the same week, and usually the same day if water is involved.
It also means the person who measures your roof shops at the same hardware store you do. References aren't a printed sheet. They're the three houses on your street we've already done.
