Why we stay small
A warranty is only as good as the drive to honor it
Storm outfits "serve" a five-state area because they never plan to come back. We cap our radius at about 40 minutes from the Harbor Mills shop for the opposite reason: when a warranty call comes in, a crew can be on that roof the same week — usually the same day if water's involved.
It also means the person who measures your roof shops at the same hardware store you do. References aren't a printed sheet — they're the three houses on your street we've already done.
