The calculator and request form get you a number and a measure visit without a single phone call, if that's how you'd rather do it.

Storm damage

After a storm: read this before you sign anything

This checklist protects you whether you hire us or anyone else. Print it, stick it by the door, and hand it to whoever knocks.

  1. Beware the out-of-state pickup with a magnetic door sign. Ask for a state license number, a local physical address, and a certificate of insurance naming you as certificate holder. We'll hand you all three unprompted.

  2. Never sign an assignment of benefits (AOB) or a 'contingency agreement' on your doorstep. It can sign away control of your insurance claim before an adjuster has seen the roof.

  3. Nobody can 'waive your deductible.' In most states that's insurance fraud — and it's the oldest storm-chaser line in the book.

  4. Tarp first, argue later: our $350 emergency dry-in stops the damage clock and is credited back if we do the repair. Your insurer expects you to mitigate — keep the receipt.

  5. We document storm damage slope by slope and meet your adjuster on the roof. If a slope doesn't have claimable damage, we'll say so — inflated claims get whole roofs denied.

Roof actively leaking? Call (555) 014-8830 now — the $350 emergency dry-in is flat-rate, credited to the repair, and your insurer expects you to mitigate.
