Questions

What borrowers ask

Every loan is reviewed on its own, and nobody here earns commission on your rate. More answers in the FAQ.

How much can I borrow?

In this sample program, up to 85% of your home's value, minus what you still owe on your mortgage. An advisor works through the numbers with you.

What happens when the intro rate ends?

After six months, the rate becomes variable and follows the market. We tell you the new rate before it starts, and the app always shows your current one.

Do I have to use the whole line?

No. You only pay interest on what you draw. Many members open a line and use it only for one project.
